Director of Engineering

We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to oversee an in-house and offshore full-stack engineering squad. Are you a people-oriented leader with strong soft skills who is capable of managing complex projects? Do you want to build incredible software at record speeds to upend a sleepy industry? Do you think creatively, and are you great at execution? Do you like getting your hands dirty? If so, you’ve come to the right place.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the professional and personal development of your team. You’ll lead the technological strategy, build the tech agenda, work closely with the Product and Management teams, and drive your squad to be accountable owners of their work as they meet company business goals.

- Count 3 + years working as an engineering manager/team lead
- Have 5+ years working as a backend / full stack developer
